Esperanza in previous posts. If you have not yet visited, Esperanza (Spanish for Hope) is a planned community in Boerne just northwest of San Antonio. There are a half dozen builders offering homes in villages within the community from roughly 300 to one million. Each has its own unique style and characteristics.
